How early does Exquisite Town Car require a Limousine Reservation to be made?  

We try our best to accommodate our guests within short notice. However, we encourage people to make their Limousine Reservation just as soon as they finalize their itinerary. Our limousine reservation line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. For online reservations, we request you to book at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. For any questions, please call us directly at 407-990-9900.

What are your hours of operation?  

Our limo services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Are you open or closed on holidays?  

No. As a premium limousine service provider, we are at your disposal 7 days a week and 365 days a year

What cities are covered by Exquisite Town Car?  

Exquisite Town Car services all of Central Florida region. On the northern side of Florida, we can provide out of town services up to Tallahassee and Jacksonville. In the south, we provide you services to Miami and Naples area.

Do you offer VIP service for special events?  

We do have red carpet service available upon request at extra charges. We do offer this for the Weddings, Proms, Quinceanera and for Private jet transportation.

How much does it cost to rent a limo?  

It varies from vehicle to vehicle. Depending on whether it is a regular stretch limo or is it an SUV stretch limo. The capacity on each vehicle is different. However, the hourly rates start from $90 on the stretch limos and $125 on the SUV stretch limos.

Which is the closest Airport to Disney World, Universal Studios & Port Canaveral?  

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport to Disney and Universal Studios. Approx. distance is about 25 miles and the ride from the airport takes anywhere between 30-40 minutes.

Does Exquisite Town Car provides transportation to/from Universal Studios?  

Yes we do provide provide transportation to all theme parks in Orlando. We cover all theme parks in Universal Studios, Disney World and Sea World area.

Do you provide transportation to/from Port Canaveral?  

Yes. We have been servicing Port Canaveral for over 15 years now. Our chauffeurs are very familiar with all cruise terminals and we provide transportation to all cruises.

Can we use your limo service for transportation to/from Walt Disney World?  

Yes, certainly. Many of our clients do surprise their families with a limo ride from Orlando Airport to Walt Disney World and vice versa. Depending on your budget, you can hire any of our limos, such as the Lincoln MKT limo, Cadillac Escalade Limo or the Hummer Limo.

How can we book your limousine service?  

You can either book online on our website or call us directly at 407-990-9900 to reserve your service.

Can a vehicle be booked on per hour basis?  

Yes. Any of our vehicles can be booked by the hour with a minimum of 3 hours booking on any vehicle. As you would understand, it takes a lot of effort for us to arrange your limo, since it needs to be cleaned after every use and brought into mint condition for the next service. Therefore, to keep it economically viable for us to operate, the vehicles need to be reserved for a minimum of 3 hours. However, we do provide airport transfers which do not require a 3 hour minimum.

Which channels can I use to book, change, and cancel the service?  

You can email us at reservations@exquisitetowncar.com for any changes you need to make to your bookings.

When do we receive our booking confirmation?  

You shall receive your booking confirmation within the next 24 hours from your booking time.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

What airports do you provide the service from?  

We provide service from many public and private airports in the Central Florida Region. Of course, Orlando International Airport remains the main one, but we also provide transportation from Tampa International Airport and Sanford International Airport. In addition to these, we also provide transportation from the FBO executive airports including the Sheltair and Signature Flights Orlando.

Does Exquisite Town Car provide meet and greet service at the Airport?  

We do offer meet and greet service for all our services from Orlando International Airport.

Is there a fee for meet-and-greet service?  

Yes. The cost for meet and greet service is $10. It is an added convenience as you may not have to look for your chauffeur on the airport. Additionally, the chauffeurs can help you retrieve your luggage and get you going to your destination quick without any lost time.

Where will our chauffeur meet us at the airport?  

Your chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area holding your name sign. Just look for your name sign as soon as you come down the escalators in the baggage claim area.

How long will the chauffeur wait for us?  

We do track flights and the chauffeur normally waits up to 60 mins after the arrival of your flight.

VEHICLES

What vehicles do you offer?  

Our fleet includes sedans, stretch limousines, minivans, minibuses of all sizes and motor coaches. Please refer to our fleet page (https://exquisitetowncar.com/exquisite-town-car-fleet/) for more information. Vehicle models or colors are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Are your vehicles commercially insured?  

Yes, all our vehicles, be it ours or our affiliates are commercially insured upto a million dollars.

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi service?  

Yes, we do offer Wi-Fi upon request in our vehicles.

What is the luggage capacity of your vehicles?  

It varies from vehicle to vehicles. Sedans can accommodate maximum 2 large suitcases. Stretch Limousines can accommodate anywhere between 4-6 large pieces while the Sprinter Vans and Mini Buses have a much larger capacity.

Do you provide child seats and booster seats?  

Yes, we do provide infant, toddler and booster seats at a charge. We request you to let us know at the time of the reservation if the child seat is required.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?  

No, smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking. Violating this policy can result in additional charges.

Are pets allowed inside the vehicles?  

Yes, small pets contained in a carrier or carried on the owner’s lap are allowed. The pet carrier is subject to a charge.

Can we bring food and drinks into the car?  

Cleanliness of the vehicles is an important part of our service, so we discourage the consumption of food during the service. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent, and if in compliance with local laws.

When are payments due for services?  

Payments are due at the time of service. For Corporate accounts, we have separate corporate arrangements.

When do we get charged for our service?  

You will get charged on the day of your service

Do you offer monthly billing for corporate accounts?  

Yes. We do.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Are your chauffeurs always on time? What if the chauffeur is late?  

We are punctual with our services and time discipline is given the highest priority. For any unforeseen reasons, if a driver is late, we will update you ahead of time. If you are unable to locate driver at the pick up location, just call us on 407-990-9990 and we shall locate the driver for yourself.

How can I contact my chauffeur?  

We can provide you with the chauffeur contact details upon request.

What if I don’t see the chauffeur for my meet-and-greet service?  

If you are unable to locate driver at the pick up location, just call us on 407-990-9990 and we shall locate the driver for yourself.

Where will the chauffeur meet me at cruise ports?  

The Chauffeur shall meet you just before the Parking Lot. There is a dedicated pick up point for chauffeurs and you will find the driver with your name sign. In most cases, we normally assign the same driver for pick up who has dropped you off at the airport. That makes it much easier for our customers.

We want to make changes to my booking. What should I do?  

Just email us at reservations@exquisitetowncar.com and one of our agents will amend the booking for you as per your requirement.

How do I add extra stops to my one-way transfer booking?
